From a Family Idea to a Family Business
Jake’s Print Shop started with a 3D printer, three grandchildren, and a love for creating.
Jarrod, a retired military veteran, has always enjoyed building and creating things. When we first got our 3D printer, the idea was simple: we wanted to make fun toys and little creations for our three grandchildren.
But the more we learned about 3D printing, the more we realized that this could become something bigger.
So we decided to take a chance and turn something we loved doing into a family business.
Why “Jake’s”?
Jake was more than just a name.
jake was our dog, and he was a very special part of our family. When we lost him, we wanted to find a way to keep his memory with us.
That’s why we named our business Jake’s Print Shop.
Every time we create something, his name is a little reminder of the love and memories he gave our family.

Our Dream
Our goal is to grow Jake’s Print Shop as much as we possibly can.
But this isn’t just about building a business for ourselves. We hope that one day, our grandchildren will be able to take what we started and make it their own.
We want to build something that can give them opportunities, teach them about creativity and business, and hopefully become something they can carry into their own futures.
We’re building this business today with our grandchildren’s tomorrow in mind.
